DOMINA CD cookie machine

DOMINA CD is the third model in the DOMINA series – even more advanced than the BASIC and OK, providing maximum versatility while maintaining intuitive and reliable operation. It performs excellently in medium and larger confectioneries as well as production facilities that require expanded functions without overly complicating the process.

This professional depositing and extruding machine combines all the capabilities of the previous models (including wire-cut cookies, shortcrust sheets, tartlets, sponges, meringues, and twisted cookies), and is additionally equipped with a wire-cutting function, which enables precise forming and separation of products with more complex shapes.
